Let's Get Started...

Next, you will arrive at HK HAIR STUDIO located in the second level of the building. Once you are in the studio, I will walk you through a 15 minute detailed consultation. At this time we will discuss your hair goals & determine a long term plan to ensure all your desires are met.

I can't wait to meet you! Your experience will begin with the Pre-Consultation button below. Upon completion you'll receive an email to set up your first visit. Once your appointment is booked you'll receive a total of three emails. The first will be your appointment date & time, the second will be a Welcome Email to ensure your visit is seamless & lastly you'll receive a confirmation email 7 days prior to your visit.

If your appointment is for color, a formula will be customized for you & recorded in our system for future visits. While your color processes there is an array of amenities to keep your comfortable.

I will create a cut that is perfect for your face shape, lifestyle & hair goals. To ensure that you can recreate the style at home I will explain the products used, as well as some tips & tricks. 

We'll wrap up our visit by sharing my recommendations for at-home care & set up your next appointment.

studio policies

 CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require

48-hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel within less than 48-hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your service total. Payment is required before re-scheduling.

RE-DO POLICY

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. 

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

The health and safety of my clients is my top priority. The Studio will be sanitized between each guest. I respectfully ask that clients experiencing any sort of illness (fever, cough, congestion, ect.) 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule.* 

 

Only the guest receiving services is allowed at appointment.
